Support Viessmann on its transformation from a heating product manufacturer into a provider of climate solutions that enhance people’s well-being. Cross-functionally drive the business development of Viessmann’s health & well-being climate solutions business to continue our ambitious growth path.

The Product Owner Health & Well-Being is responsible for driving the implementation of the strategic framework for a dedicated product, focusing on an integrated approach of customer experience. You combine customer and operational experience and are focused on continuous improvement. You have successful experience building impactful customer interaction and are interested to play a key role in delivering health & well-being solutions for a dedicated product.

• Be an entrepreneur: Be a user-centric business builder with a strong interest in technology-enabled health & well-being climate solutions - identify opportunities and go after them passionately with the full support of a globally leading climate solutions company
• Activate your radars: Research and evaluate our context in the field of climate driven health & well-being solutions, to sharpen our senses and spot opportunities
• Sense user needs: Understand and anticipate unmet needs among our current and future users with regards to climate solutions that enhance their health & well-being
• Provide direction: Shape our Strategic Direction with regards to the development of a market-winning health and well-being solution offering - identify gaps to be closed and use cases to be focused on
• Organize for impact and growth: Drive the creation of our health and well-being offering with an unprecedented entrepreneurial mindset - taking the organization with you on the journey
• Act truly cross functionally: Coordinate your business building activities with our product lines, support chapters and sales teams across our Solution Organization
• Be a mood booster: Add your positive energy to a highly motivated, dynamic team

Who you are

• High level of integrity and clarity about own values
• >8 years of relevant experience in health or well-being driven B2C companies, consulting firms or scale-ups - ideally some years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in B2C business building activities within a leadership role
• BSc / MSc in Business, Engineering, Psychology, Medicine, Healthcare or another field of study that has taught you about human physiological and psychological needs, behaviours and mechanisms
• High energy level to facilitate and drive our business building activities with larger groups of our Viessmann family
