Tasks

We are looking for a person to organize, prioritize development work and ensure the quality of the product delivery. You will help to formulate and execute the product strategy to achieve our business targets through product development. You will support and coach the team, providing direction, mentorship, and executional assistance.

Work with executives to define business objectives and priorities for your product

Define and coordinate the execution of your product roadmap by building consensus across executives, CTO, Head of product management and Head of Project management

Ensure that the definition of features meets the needs of the different stakeholders

Closely collaborate with head of product and project managers to define and plan product releases

Take an active role in a Scrum team, collaborating with UX, IT and Marketing on a daily basis

Define product features the Scrum team should focus on and ensure that team understands them

Manage and refine the backlog with the Scrum team and keep it at a manageable size

Manage sprint together with the Scrum Team Lead and Head of project management

Trace product requirements as well as technical requirements

Be an active participant to ceremonies such as kickoffs, reviews, sprint planning meetings, demos, and retrospectives

Manage your workload and multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to delegate and escalate as required

Demonstrate ability to prioritize feature requests and juggle the triangle of scope, budget, and time, weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

Education in business administration, business computer science or equivalent with a strong orientation toward business

3-5 years’ work experience as a Product owner and/or Business analyst

Background or expertise in IT softwares and lifecycle management

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with tools like JIRA

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a highly multitasking environment

Great collaboration and team spirit

Intellectually curious, "hands-on", determined and motivated to solve problems in innovative ways

French and English a must, German a plus
