You are

…an experienced product manager from the sanitation industry with technical/engineering background, who brings passion and user- / market orientated ideas and competencies to form innovative and winning product portfolios of tomorrow. Furthermore, you should have a strong interest to manage and lead innovation projects with interdisciplinary teams and agile methods involved, together with our internal teams and partners, such as external companies and universities. 


You will

·       Be part of the product team, forming and managing product portfolios and innovations,

based on user and market analysis and related business cases

·       Lead innovations projects, from ideation, prototyping, development to market launch

·       Track market and competitor activities and strategies and derive relevant conclusions

·       Identify uncovered needs and opportunities to steer business development activities

·       Act as a communicator between external partners and our headquarter in China

·       Follow standardization board activities and initiatives


You have

·       Technical background with a bachelor / master's degree or technician degree

·       Multiple years of professional experience in the sanitation industry, minimum 5 yrs+

·       Recent experiences in product management: market and user need analysis, business case

creation, go-to-market-planning, project management; life cycle management

·       Advanced 3D construction software skills

·       Knowledge in standards (DIN EN; ISO) and production technologies

·       Enthusiasm for IoT, SmartHome related subjects and other emerging technologies

·       Fluent communication skills in English and German

·       Willingness to travel internationally


A-plus-to-have

·       Experience in IoT, smarthome and electronic related subjects

·       Business and cultural experiences in/with Asia, especially China

·       Business development experience
