YOUR TASKS
- Ensuring quality of cosmetic products and internationally compliant packaging
- Search and development of primary and secondary packaging in collaboration with Marketing, R&D and Procurement
- Permanent monitoring of all production processes
- Active cross-funtional cooperation with all relevant departments
- Contact person for customers, suppliers and internally departments regarding quality issues
- Supplier management with contract manufacturers
- Definition and evaluation of processes, KPI reports and derivation of measures
- Project work
YOUR EDUCATION & STRENGTHS
- Degree in cosmetic technology, food chemistry, food technology, pharmacies or similar studies (alternatively, an equivalent level of relevant experience in cosmetic development)
- At least 3 years of experience in the skin care industry
- Advanced knowledge in packaging components
- Passion for cosmetics and a high affinity for premium products
- Out-of-the-Box and solution-oriented way of working
- High flexibility and motivation
- International mindset
- Confident use of common MS Office applications and SAP
- Excellent English and German skills, French nice to have
