Your tasks

  • Greeting clients and guests, coordinating internal and external meetings, calls, and appointments, and maintaining meeting room organization
  • Overseeing general office operations, including answering phone calls, providing switchboard support, and managing both internal and external mail
  • Arranging international travel bookings, such as flights, accommodations, and housing, as well as overseeing travel expenses
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of various events and training sessions, both on-site and externally
  • Providing support to the Management and Business Development Team with tasks like creating presentations, organizing calendars, and other related matters
  • Ensuring availability Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including covering vacation periods
  • Your profile
  • Commercial apprenticeship or similar and 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the banking industry
  • You are fully dedicated to delivering outstanding client and guest services, demonstrating a hands-on approach, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for your work
  • You have a keen eye for detail and a meticulous working style, with some experience in facility management being a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and communicate effectively in both German and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Open-minded, resilient under pressure, and thrive in diverse and dynamic environments
