Tätigkeiten:


  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process,from job description to final offer
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers and teams to ensure effectivesourcing
  • Build and maintain a significant network of great prospects through marketresearch and continuous relationship management

    • Anforderungen:

  • Commercialeducation with vocational Baccalaureate and advanced studies in HR Managementor similar

  • Min. 4-5 years of relevant professional experience as Recruiter, preferablyin the finance industry

  • Strong passion for recruiting activities and talent acquisition withexcellent sourcing and interviewing skills

  • Open-minded team player with an inspiring personality
