Omni Sales Team is a new unit within our Regions, with full Omni customer experience ownership – on both a regional and country sales market level. This unit will set and drive an omni commercial and customer plan based on an insight driven approach to grow and engage the customer base. Additionally, the Omni Sales Team will manage omni regional assortment and stock strategy according to customer demand.
Job Description
As REGIONAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST (CEU), you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by ensuring high quality PR & Communications activities for the full region. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. You collaborate closely with the Customer Activation Team to be able to find synergies and maximize the effect of our earned communication, both internally & externally.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Regional communications plans & activities
General
- Responsible for communicating H&M messages in a trustworthy way, both externally and internally, together with HO and the Communications Manager.
- Responsible of appointed regional Communications projects
- You support the Regional Communications Manager in setting tactics and plans that will support regional objectives, based on insights from each individual market and with H&M’s customer in focus
- Give input in Regional Customer activation meetings, ensuring optimization of the ability to leverage on earned media
- You give input, challenge and support PR & communication activities on Sales Market level where relevant
- You have a strong focus on Corporate & Crisis Communications as well as Sustainability
- You are responsible for proactive Media Relations strategies/tactics to support regional objectives
- Crisis Management, support, guide and coordinate when needed
- Follow up and report on KPIs and objectives connected to project responsibility, showing the connection to added customer value and the business when possible
- Review and process invoices associated to projects
Education
- A formal education within Communication &/or Marketing is meriting, if not, at least 3 years’ experience from similar positions and/or within PR/Communications
- Experience in media relations. Meriting if within the Region.
- Strategic experience in Corporate & Fashion PR, Internal & Crisis Comm
- Proven track results in building &/or protecting the brand through PR & media relations
- Experience in high level media analysis
- Meriting with competence withing digital/tech and omni ways of working
- You have a strategic mindset and strong planning and prioritizing skills
- You have excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken local language and English. Knowledge in other languages is meriting.
- You are an excellent relationship builder.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office – Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Meriting with competence within digital/tech
