Rust DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced, flexible, self-motivated Developer with skills in Rust and SQL to work with our growing development team to build out our core Customer-facing products.
You will take on an important position in a growing team based in Zrich/Zug working on highly innovative projects and products, as well as assisting our portfolio companies. Many of the internal projects are specific to the blockchain space.
You will have strong autonomy and responsibility to implement design, make decisions on tools and technologies to best suit the company's needs and drive organizational objectives.
You will be independently tackling complex and challenging tasks while working in a modern, multi-cultural work environment with flexibility on work hours and location.
Responsibilities:
Develop backend applications in Rust
Work with the investment team to provide tools and utilities
Work with the Front-end team on integrations
Qualifications:
Rust experience (min. 2 years)
SQL experience (min. 2 years)
Experience in working with GitHub
Understanding of blockchain technologies and smart contracts
Understanding of the Web3 Ethereum Libraries is advantageous
Entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and strong ability to adapt and evolve
You should work well in a remote team environment and be willing/able to travel periodically to do sprints in situ with a dynamic team.
Location
The Candidate should be located in Switzerland or able and willing to move to Switzerland. Work will primarily be onsite in both Zrich and Zug offices.
Traveling is an important part of our company's culture and there will be many opportunities during the year for working remotely as well.
We also have quarterly company off-sites which employees are encouraged to join where we perform sprints on specific projects.
