OVERALL DUTIES:
The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
- Welcome and serve the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training programme provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
- Proactively deliver the Brand's selling ceremony, maximising sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
- Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
- Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing client base
And other duties assigned from time to time
REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION
- Minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus
- RTW product experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficient computer skills
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem solving, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
