Start Up|International position
A successful and growing start up in the field of personalized medicine and genetic testing.
- Definition and execution of the sales strategy, setting up sales goals and KPIs in agreement with Head of Business Development and Sales
- Identifying new customer segments and opportunities
- Monitoring and measuring success figures and taking responsibility for the team being on track
- Representing of the company in meetings, fairs and conferences
- Communicating and negotiating with industry partners and B2B clients
- With support of marketing: Generating content for email campaigns, website/landing pages, social media posts, case studies, white papers, webinars, PowerPoint presentations to drive top-of-mind awareness
- Writing term sheets for contracts with customers and industry partners
- Close collaboration with application and business development teams as well as product management and the marketing department
- Accurate documentation of sales activities and progress in CRM
- Developing people according to their strength and specific skills
- Willing to travel up to 30% of time
Required
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Marketing/Sales position
- Team-lead experience is preferred but not a must
- Well-established network in the healthcare ecosystem is mandatory
- Experience in negotiating with major clients like clinical consortia and big companies
- Experience in submission to national and international tenders
- Being familiar with CRM and project management tools (like Salesforce, Jira etc.)
Preferred
- Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Medicine or similar, PhD preferred
- Regulatory knowledge IVDR, ISO15189, and ISO13485
- Knowledge of NGS workflows and ideally bioinformatic pipelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Multitasking while keeping structure
- Professional, open, and friendly appearance
- Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written
- Willing to work flexible times and beyond service by the book when necessary
