Job Description
The Security Team Manager:
- serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security team
- is responsible for building a cohesive, well-trained, and high performing security team
- client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, security operations center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, system monitoring, log maintenance, and access rights maintenance
- reports directly to the campus security manager, works alongside other security team managers in their campus, and manages other security personnel at their site.

- Strong leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Demonstrated experience working in a client facing role

- Someone with a good security background
- Good English - written & verbal
- Strong computer / IT skills (inc. Presentations in Microsoft suite)
- Driving license
- Project management - capability to take a project from start to finish
