Responsibilities


As a Senior Agile Coach, you are responsible for leading and organizing cross-functional agile teams with focus in R&D hardware development.
You motivate, moderate and coach diverse teams and support the implementation of a state-of-the-art agile work environment in our design center in Graz.

In your new job you will:
  • Lead the agile transformation across Austria with an end-to-end responsibility
  • Work with leaders/managers to analyze current business performance & targets, systems & processes, and design a strategy for the adoption of agile practices
  • Develop, organize and implement transformation concepts customized for the organization, incl. agile culture, mindset, methods and training
  • Set up and support agile teams, especially in the fields of R&D, marketing and business management
  • (Systemic) coaching, consulting and supervision of agile teams, their stakeholders and the management as well as the organizational environment
  • Develop and deploy an aligned success measurement framework to monitor transformation progress and impact to business performance
  • Introduce scaling Agile frameworks inside the organization, especially in product development (>50 employees)
  • Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization uses prove industry good practices
  • Act as a role model and "Agility" advisor to Top Management

Your Profile


You have a sound experience in teaching/training and coaching development teams into an agile organization. You are able to manage teams with a team-oriented and cooperative approach. You have a positive mindset and you can motivate people. Your strong communication skills help you to successfully drive projects and to come to quick decisions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Proven track record of successful Agile Transformations in global high tech companies
  • 6+ years of professional experience in using agile methods and 4+ years of experience introducing of agile methods and coaching
  • 5+ years experience in cross-team coaching and organization design
  • 3+ years of experience in hardware and/or software development
  • Experience in OKR, Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile (e.g. LeSS, SAFe, Nexus)
  • Experience in setting up and managing agile projects of varying size and complexity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchies and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience as entrepreneur and business leader of larger organizations is a plus
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
