About The Role
In the role of Sr. Associate, Quality and Training - Customer Experience (w/m/d), you will help support training, content, and quality efforts on our International team. Responsibilities include localizing training collateral, updating our Knowledge Base, identifying quality trends and offering solutions to resolve.

- Help build our first customer experience team in Europe
- Assist in Training our German teammates to help support our German customers with the highest quality
- Provide actionable feedback for our German teammates to grow and develop and develop in their roles
- Build, curate, and refine our workflows to ensure German teammates have accurate and helpful resources
- Create feedback loops between the operations team, vendors, and support teams to allow for continuous improvement, and ultimately contribute to the success of DoorDash in Germany
- You are passionate about learning & development
- You enjoy finding creative solutions and thinking critically
- You can influence others through qualitative and quantitative data
- You can identify and action performance improvement opportunities and measure the impact of learning programs through data analysis and dashboards
- You know your way around tools like Salesforce, Asana, Lessonly, and Tableau
- You're focused on quality, output-driven, and always pushing yourself and the team to do better
- You are fluent in German & English
