You also are responsible for structuring and managing data & analytics related backlog* You can accurately identify trends, drivers and perform tailored analysis using relevant KPIs on data from different sources/platforms and smoothly communicate outcomes to internal stakeholders* You are more than familiar with cutting-edge data management software, CRMs and visualization platforms* You know how to balance business needs and technical possibilities in order to get an optimal solution for all relevant use cases* You will collaboratively work in a cross-functional team consisting of data analysts, data scientists, software developers and stakeholders from different operational units*Requirements**You are perfect with us if you are/have...** Strong analytical thinking + creative and innovative approach to solving problems* Business-oriented - ability to understand the business need and desired outcome behind the data-related requirements* Detail-oriented with a strong awareness of quality, and status-quo challenging mindset* Technical knowledge in data modeling, system and database design development, and data mining techniques* Experience conducting quantitative analyses on large and complex data sets* Proficient in writing SQL queries on SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.. Other statistical/programming languages (e.g. Python or R) are required.
