We are looking for a talented and curious Senior Commercial Analyst who can oversee performance across all of our brands. Sitting within the Strategy organization, this person will perform detailed performance analysis to identify opportunities and translate the results into recommendations for action. Our well-established position in the market and billions of data points provide unique and endless opportunities to develop in this role and deliver valuable improvements in revenue and strategic performance.
Your Mission:
- Analyze the performance of our large portfolio of brands: monitor revenue performance, calculate success metrics, and perform regular ad-hoc reviews and analysis
- Dive deep into price, sales, and performance data, analyzing large datasets and extracting insights, with considerations for maximizing revenue and improving platform health
- Build models to predict the outcomes of your recommendations
- Fetch, clean, structure, and model data coming from different sources, mostly SQL/DWHs
- Analyze industry and competitor performance
- Present analysis and summaries of your findings to Sr. Management
- Work on cross-functional projects and engage with stakeholders from different functions including marketing, product, tech, and CRM

- Fluent English skills (oral and written)
- 3-4 years experience working in a fast-paced organization in a commercial analytical function is a must
- Presentation experience at a Sr. Management level
- Strong business acumen and curiosity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database structures (Experience with relevant programming languages like Python or R is a plus ;fearlessness of complex data sets and high data volumes)
