Your responsibilities include:

• Drive Experteer’s customer marketing strategy and optimization efforts across 12 countries and in 6 languages
• Leverage proprietary data and analytics to develop strategies that engage our most valuable customers
• Drive test-and-learn (A/B-testing) campaigns across the customer journey to enhance contact optimization strategies and overall ROI
• Collaborate across teams to drive greater levels of automation, using data and technology to build dynamic, intelligence-led messages and communication rhythms along the customer journey
• Build an effective ongoing dialogue with over 8 million existing customers by utilizing segmentation, running promotions and creating content to maximize engagement and sales
• Investigate new formats and channels to engage customers beyond email 

Your profile:

• 4+ years of experience in customer marketing and sales
• Knowledge of a common CRM system
• A high degree of diligence and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical abilities and bias for customer-centric planning
• Ability to dive into data, identify trends and insights and develop strategic plans
• Fluent English language skills (German is a plus)
• Strong collaborative spirit, and relationship-builder both internally and externally
• Strong Excel & PPT skills
