Senior Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) full-time for our location in Berlin.
Your tasks
● Responsibility for strategic sales planning as well as for planning and controlling the budget of the marketing measures you are in charge of
● Analysis and development of online strategies and conception of campaigns for existing customers and acquisition of new customers
● Identification and acquisition of potential cooperation partners and development of long-term partnerships
● Supervision, optimization and further development of various marketing measures (display, paid social and affiliate programs)
● Development of diverse, interlocking multi-channel campaigns as well as preparation of ad hoc analyses and evaluation of reports.
● Development and implementation of measures to increase customer intelligence as well as market and competitor knowledge
● Coordination of continuous performance analyses for the targeted optimization of our marketing and communication strategies.
Your profile
● You bring several years of professional experience in an agile digital marketing environment and a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration with you
● You are a communicative, strong negotiator and have the ability for creative approaches to solutions as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
● Negotiation skills, hands-on mentality, strong relationship management and the motivation to constantly generate sales. You bring a strong initiative and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
● You like to work in a goal-oriented way and are burning for new challenges - Inventiveness and creativity
● An absolutely key figure-oriented, dynamic and analytical way of working combined with the skilful use of specialist tools
