Role: Senior Director of Data Engineering
Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 (+ package D.O.E)

I've partnered with a leading eCommerce company in Berlin, who have won multiple awards in 2021; including for LGBT Diversity and are a certified Great Place to work in Germany. They operate in a data-driven environment utilising both GCP and AWS, including Kinesis.
Operating in over 50 countries and growing, they are a market leader within their domain and are also expanding into new product services.
At the heart of their business sits the global data team, responsible for key components including streaming solutions used by around 30 teams, and a data mesh infrastructure utilised by 100s of Data Engineers and Analysts globally.
The current team sits at approximately 80 and with plans to roughly double in size over the course of the next year, they are looking for a Director and a Senior Director to help manage this expansion.

✅ Large-Scale expertise - ideally have helped drive global data systems for large enterprises across multiple geographical locations
