In this position, you will be responsible for wafer technology transfers into our new 300mm wafer fabs and global project teams.
In your new role you will:
- Manage several wafer technology transfer projects over their entire life cycle with full responsibility for achieving the project targets on-time and on-budget with high quality
- Form and lead a project teams of moderate complexity with subprojects in frontend, test, preassembly and backend
- Structure projects, balance team skills, ensure compliance and hold the team accountable
- Interface, manage and align the transfer projects with the respective divisions within Infineon as the internal customers
- Plan and prepare new transfer projects in close alignment with the transfer portfolio management, division, FE and BE technology experts and capacity planning
- Adhere to best practice standards and the transfer methodology, strive for continues process improvements together with the involved organizations

- A university degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, Chemistry, Physics or a comparable qualification.
- About 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with broad R&D experience in different departments, and thereof 4 years’ experience in leading projects.
- Good experience in people and project management within international teams (esp. Asia)
- Strong Project Management Skills – preferably with IPMA level C certification/ or comparable
- Excellent German and English language skills
