Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
- Manage a team of technicians and engineers working in the field of Physical Failure Analysis
- Hold the people management responsibility for 20 employees, including mentoring, performance management, salary review, etc.
- Be in charge of work centers with a focus on Ion beam, Transmission Electron Microscopy and Auger Electron Spectroscopy
- Be responsible for several KPIs like cycle time targets for different kind of analysis types
- Handle the internal and external capacity and resource management (e.g. offload to other sites)
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Master's degree or higher in chemistry, material science, physics or adequate
- Strong technical background in physical failure analysis
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
- The ability to lead cross-cultural and international teams
- Proficiency in Project Management and experience with leading projects in a cross functional and global setting
- The strength to anticipate issues and challenges and are capable of finding solutions quickly
- A talent in coaching and mentoring
- Team spirit, a creative and open mindset and interact with colleagues in a respectful manner
