BCG’s Office of the Chief of Staff is looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager to support our WWOMs, the CEO Ambassador program and our Executive and Operating Committees. The right candidate will have a good attention to detail with an equally good understanding of the big picture, will be empathetic, curious, open-minded, tenacious, analytical, an excellent writer, and able to juggle competing priorities across a broad and fast-paced environment.YOU'RE GOOD AT
As one of the members of the BCG Global Chief of Staff Team, your role will be threefold:[40%] You will help organize the two Worldwide Officer Meetings of the year where our 1500+ MDPs meet to discuss our priorities and connect.
- Support the development of our location strategy. Work closely with our Meetings and Events team to understand the options available and help bring them to the attention of our CEO and Executive and Operating Committees for decision making
- Draft and help execute the full agenda of the meeting and the attendance policy. Work with the different teams and leaders involved to manage speaking slots, rehearsals, invites and final content, as well as with our internal and external partners and providers in each of the sections
- Curate the external speaker slate. Propose options, find the right leads and work with our external speaker’s teams to make their participation in the meeting a success, from content to logistics, preparation of the speaker and thank you notes.
- Develop the celebratory content to be delivered by our CEO. Work closely with our Internal Communications team as well as with our PSG and Client teams on the several celebratory moments of the WWOM
- Prepare communications to the stakeholder groups involved prior, during and post each of the events. From the attendees to the Office and System Leaders, PALs, Executive Committee and Operating Committee members to ensure there is a clear messaging and the right information reaches the right audience at the right time via the right channel
- Analyze and share the results of the feedback survey. Learn from each of the events, communicate to the relevant groups and bring learnings into the following meetings
- Manage the record-keeping across years and handle the WWOM related asks from different groups
[40%] You will support the two annual cycles of the CEO Ambassador program, currently including over 30 CEO Ambassadors each.
- Review the materials and communications for each recruiting cycle with latest updates to the program, working closely with the Senior Coordinator in the team
- Review the applications and support the interview process, codifying the input received and liaising with offices and candidates as needed
- Gather input on staffing opportunities from the team managing Strategic Initiatives and suggest staffing options
- Be responsible for the experience of A/C level ambassadors in the program, connecting with them periodically
- Help implement program improvements, contributing with ideas that enhance the recruiting process, awareness and experience of the program and working together with the relevant teams to carry out those selected
- Support the Chief of Staff to develop EC/OC agendas (immediate and 12month forward) in consultation with the CEO and EC/OC members, that align with BCG's most important and impactful strategic and operation priorities and with the EC Charter
- Collect materials from the MDPs and teams coming to the EC / OC, to be discussed at each meeting and file them for the future
- Track topics discussed in each meeting and support the Chief of Staff to keep a running list of future agenda items
- Draft meeting minutes based on discussion materials shared by teams and action items
- Lead development of the global calendar together with training, PAs and other functional leaders

- Efficient working well with tight deadlines (especially during “WWOM season”)
- A rigorous process manager, able to track multiple parallel processes and activities to timely execution
- A team player, coordinating well across multiple groups to deliver successfully on ambitious goals
- A good communicator (verbal and written) keeping your audience needs / motivations in mind
- A trusted partner contributing with your ideas to the whole CoS team
