We offer trendy brands and young designers a unique platform for marketing and distributing their products. In addition, we successfully built and manage our own brand Pompidou and are gradually expanding our private label business as well as our brand building business.
Tasks
We are currently looking for an experienced Sr. Marketplace Manager for our Berlin HQ, to help take the company to the next level.
- Scale the marketplace vertical by continuously growing the supply and demand side while improving the marketplace product
- Develop and implement a mid- and long-term marketplace strategy
- Build and manage high-quality product roadmaps based on the marketplace strategy
- Build and lead the marketplace team
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with online platforms / marketplaces or experience as a product manager or in a comparable role
- Great understanding of demand and supply-side dynamics in a marketplace
- Cross-functional team player as the role will draw from various departments (Marketing, Operations, etc.)
- Strong execution drive
- Experience in leading teams
