Your mission
Looking for an exciting DTC Brand that is conquering Europe by storm where you can join a dynamic team to manage 6-digit monthly marketing budgets across all channels & initiatives? Then join the Performance Marketing team at yfood and take charge of our digital performance marketing for DACH! We're looking for someone to take point of our DACH squad within the Performance Marketing Team to drive new initiatives and experiment with new creative ideas.- You are responsible for the budget allocation across all traditional, and non-tradtional marketing channels .
- As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager you strategically plan how to optimize key performance channels .
- You will work closely with the creative team to drive new creative campaign ideas .
- You are managing a team of Junior Marketing Managers .
- You will work closely with our BI team to innovate new reports, analytics, and attribution methods and collaborate with Influencer Marketing, CRM, Social, and Brand teams on international campaigns.
Your Profile
- You successfully completed your studies in a marketing or business administration related field.
- You have gained 4-6 years experience working with in-house marketing teams, or at agencies with focus on paid social , SEA, SEO, Display, Video and CRM.
- Due to your experience you have a deep understanding of marketing KPIs and in dealing with Google Analytics, Excel, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads.
- You have at least 2 year experience managing direct reports .
- You gained an extensive operational, tactical, and strategic knowledge of all major performance channels .
- You have excellent German and English language skills
