Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for the change management process in the Automotive Division
- Be the contact person for Business Units according to deviation management
- Decide about necessity of customer information according to JEDEC 46 or ZVEI
- Harmonize PCNs between different Business Lines and Division; entry point for our production sites (Frontend and Backend)
- Be responsible for the first contact in case of customer questions and ensure a good information flow between customer and internal colleagues – also by organizing, moderating and joining internal and customer meetings.
- Support the change management process adherence
- Define Automotive common methodology
- Contribute to ensuring that processes/ tools incl. change assessment matrix do fulfil our Automotive business requirements
Your Profile
You Keep the customer informed appropriately, transparently, and regularly while working conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient. You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and share information comprehensively and effectively.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in electrical Engineering, physics or similar.
- 3 years of experience in development and / or marketing or quality management in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, QFD, FMEA, 8D, etc.) and customer related processes.
- First knowledge of audits, certifications, standards and process management.
- Project management as well as moderation skills.
- Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, development and production as well as of logistic processes.
- Team management experience (including people, budget, planning).
- Intercultural skills as well as very good English skills, German would be a plus.
