Our client and their commerce team in Berlin is looking for a Senior Product Manager to evolve and shape the next phase of their e-commerce platform. They are pioneering new terrain in the worlds of culture and style and are about what’s new and next and speak to a global community of tastemakers that are driving culture forward. (Over 50M + active users).

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively shape digital products including the upcoming mobile app in a cross functional setting
  • Identifying and evaluating opportunities to deliver future user and business value through data and user research
  • Build and prioritise the product roadmap, translating business objectives into feature requirements to be implemented by UX/Engineering
  • Overseeing the implementation of features and evaluating the impact of our initiatives and decisions, sharing this with the team and stakeholders to inform ongoing refinement and iterations.
  • Champion agile working and efficient teamwork by empowering UX and Engineers to own and solve problems within their areas of expertise.
  • Understand users’ needs and gather product requirements for the online offering, considering the business viewpoint. Conduct user research, carry out user testing and translate into actionable feedback for design and development teams.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to identify roadblocks and product gaps and mitigate delivery risks due to lack of resources or scope creep. Be proactive in communicating updates on timelines and deliverables, helping to mitigate potential issues before they arise.


Your profile:

  • You have 3+ years of experience working as a Product manager; at least 1 year experience working with B2C mobile apps
  • You are native to agile product management methodologies like SCRUM, KanBan and product discovery processes (double diamond etc.)
  • Experience with B2C e-commerce is a strong plus
  • You have an excellent understanding of e-commerce reporting tools for conversion, funnel, and cohorts’ analytics
  • Ability to analyse usage data (Looker, Google Analytics), conduct A/B experiments and create reports
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different audiences, presenting your concepts and ideas in English
  • You have contributed to the medium- and long-term vision and development roadmap for products. You have a strong business sense and a passion to solve the right problems by working closely together with stakeholders, product managers and engineers.
  • You break down problems into easy-to-understand work packages and you use quantitative and qualitative insights to make sound recommendations. You know how to measure the success of your product and continuously iterate to make your product better.
  • You can bridge the gap between business and technology. You know how to assess the competitive environment and how to use data to influence decisions.
  • You want to have an impact by effectively managing conflicts and priorities, in thinking creatively, and being solution oriented. You enjoy driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • You are an effective sparring partner to your engineering and UX counterparts.
