Job-Beschreibung und Hinweise für Senior Project Manager– Digital Sales & Marketing Transformation (f/m/div)*

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused person who is passionate about working in a global, dynamic and interdisciplinary team besides driving the digital sales & marketing transformation to the next level. We are offering a great opportunity as Senior Project Manager– Digital Sales & Marketing Transformation to contribute to strategic corporate sales and marketing projects to further increase the impact of Infineon’s sales and marketing digital transformation.

Responsibilities


In your new role you will:
  • Be the responsible Project Manager for strategic corporate Sales & Marketing projects, including the definition of project scope, budget and timeline
  • Monitor project and business results and propose solutions where needed
  • Supervise functionally assigned project team members
  • Alignment and close cooperation with various internal stakeholders of various regions, divisions and functions on all hierarchical levels (e.g. Sales, Marketing & Distribution, IT etc.)
  • Develop strategies within cross-functional teams to support the (digital) transformation of Sales & Marketing
  • Conduct benchmark and competitor analyses to identify new approaches, industry trends and best-practices

Your Profile


You have a strong customer-oriented vision while putting the customer at the heart of your thoughts and actions – internally and externally. You ensure high quality by foresighted planning and recognizing potential obstacles in time while using them as good opportunity for further improvement. Additionally, you strengthen the team spirit, fight for the best solution and jointly execute it successfully.

Beyond, you are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
  • A degree in Economics, Business Management or similar
  • At least 6 years of experience in the area of consulting or functions like strategy or project management with top management as key stakeholder
  • In-depth Sales and Marketing knowledge, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industry or within another B2B environment
  • Profound experience in large-scale (digital) transformation projects as well as strategy development
  • Strong project management skills supporting cross-functional and cross-divisional projects as well as experience in working in an international environment
  • Ideally first / good experience with Change Management Methodologies
  • Fluent in English and German
