In your new role you will:
- Lead and support MEMS product development projects to reach project goals in time, scope, and cost
- Use your technical knowledge “hands-on” and plan experiments, analyze the results and assess prototypes
- Plan and coordinate project activities from project initiation, implementation to closure.
- Work with a team of experts with expertise across Infineon sites in Europe
- Breakdown project requirements, coordinate project activities and manage changes
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation measures, facilitate project reviews and report the results
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders and develop trusting relationships whilst considering their interests in the project
- Support customer interaction to ensure success of project and product
Your Profile
Besides your excellent demonstrated technical skills and experiences, we are looking for a team player. You enjoy technical discussions and supporting others with your knowledge. With your remarkable analytical skills, you handle complex subjects and communicate plans and solutions clearly to the different stakeholdersYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A solid technical background based on a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
- 1-3 years of professional experience and ideally first experience in leading technical projects, including project initiation, planning and closing, reporting and documentation
- Ideally first experience in the semiconductor industry with a background in MEMS, semiconductor technology or sensors
- Basic knowledge common project management tools and methodologies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Intercultural sensitivity to interact with global and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English; German skills a plus
