Regional Sales Leadership Role
This exciting opportunity will have you lead a high-performing team of Account Managers across Germany, driving success and growth through strategic planning and operational excellence. Your pivotal role will ensure seamless alignment with both company-wide goals and local market needs.
As the Head of Field Account Management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of over 45 Account Managers, providing ongoing training and development to encourage daily improvement. You will conduct periodic business reviews to assess performance and strategy alignment, identify high-value partnerships, and execute Local Hero Acquisition strategies in key cities.
Collaborating closely with other Sales Departments and cross-functional teams, you will build strong relationships to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with global initiatives. You will craft and implement territory-specific strategies to enhance the partner experience, in line with national goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a large team of Account Managers to drive operational efficiency within account management, customer success or business development.
- Strategically thinking and analyzing complex data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
