JOB OVERVIEW; Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager (m/w/x) sought by exciting technology company start-up (established 2014) and provider of digital marketing optimisation SaaS solutions, integration services and professional services within Big Data, MarTech / AdTech and marketing solutions.


SALARY / RATE; Negotiable and excellent !..plus generous pre-IPO stock allocation plus corporate level benefits package.


CONTRACT TYPE; Permanent employment contract


LOCATION; My client has offices in Cologne and London, UK, however you may work remotely most of the time.

My client was founded in 2014 and is an independent privately-held martech / adtech consultancy company with headquarters in London and development offices in Cologne. They are subject matter experts in digital marketing strategy, product solutions, ad operations and data science. Most of the team have been working together for many years and the services provided are the result of this close collaboration. They have a European focus with a global reach. The team have worked across all continental markets throughout the marketing value chain, with specialist knowledge in the mobile sector.


Their mission is to help organisations develop strong digital marketing capabilities, and to unlock the value of existing systems and tools. Their clients maintain the highest level of control over customer data and privacy by establishing their own marketing ID across any digital channel and product domain.


THE ROLE;

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager (m/w/x) for the DACH and UK regions. You'll have a background in new business sales and ideally also in account management. You'll interact with your customers' MarTech / AdTech decision makers. You'll drive sales of my client's leading-edge real-time Cloud-based/SaaS customer data platform for identity resolution, compliance, and customer engagement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING;


  • Acquisition of new customers for my clients' Cloud-based/SaaS customer data platform & identity solution
  • Present the products / solutions to interested parties and customers on-site or online
  • Generation of qualified leads, new business and further develop existing business relationships.
  • Act as a source of ideas for marketing including targeted campaigns to acquire new customers.
  • Work closely with the management and the marketing / product management team
  • Successful establishment and expansion of a network of decision-makers in the Martech / Adtech area


CANDIDATE PROFILE;


  • Successfully completed studies in the field of sales, business administration, business informatics or similar.
  • Relevant experience in sales of software solutions (SaaS) in B2B sales of Martech / AdTech solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the product and solution area of software applications.
  • Proactive, dynamic sales personality with assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
  • You will be based in Germany ideally in North Rhine-Westphalia OR you'll be based in the UK and are willing to travel to DACH region regularly
  • Business level German and English is critical
