As Senior Specialist Functional Cost Controlling for our Business Line Automotive Power Integration & Supply (PS) you can expect a great interdisciplinary and international challenge where you will get a comprehensive insight into our business from sales to earnings.

Responsibilities


In your new role you will:

  • Support the financial consolidation of the global Business Line Automotive Power Integration & Supply R&D activities and related cost
  • Create and further develop the R&D reporting in cost categories and projects
  • Develop and support analysis and reporting of R&D financial data of the global Business Line Automotive Power Integration & Supply to provide transparent information for management decisions
  • Contribute to the monthly and quarterly forecast and analysis of PS R&D expenses and projects
  • Take part at the month end closing activities including correct cost charging in the context of activity based costing
  • Define and develop key performance indicators for R&D projects with respect to cost and project performance
  • Drive the strategic planning process of R&D projects within the Business line, the Product lines and for the whole R&D organization of PS

Your Profile


You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Controlling, Economics or equivalent
  • At least 1-3 years professional experience in the area of Finance, Controlling or Accounting ideally in a financial audit company
  • Interest in finance, controlling and information technologies in a high-tech environment
  • The ability to break-down complex financial topics and to communicate them in a tangible way to various stakeholders – from a management level to colleagues without financial background
  • Interest to learn more about our products and passion for semiconductor market and financial driven interrelations
  • Very good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and affinity for IT tools and digitalization in Finance. SAP knowledge is very welcome
  • Business fluent in English and German
