Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
- Coach scrum teams (PO and Dev Team), Stakeholders, Team-Manager and its Interfaces in using Agile Values, Mindset and scrum practices
- Remove impediments/hurdles and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Work with selected/assigned teams to analyze & improve current systems and processes
- Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met
- Lead agile workshops for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders
- Promote and advocate an agile culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them
Your Profile
As a Scrum Master you have a sound experience in teaching/training and coaching development teams into an agile organization. You are able to manage teams with a team-oriented and cooperative approach. You have a positive mindset and you can motivate people. Your strong communication skills help you to successfully drive projects and to come to quick decisions.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner
- 3+ years of experience in Hardware Development
- 2-4 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile (e.g. LeSS, SAFe, Nexus)
- Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
- Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchies and stakeholders
- Fluent in English and German
