Your future plans
Within Corporate Transformation at RWE AG (Germany) our Top Leadership Development team is responsible for coaching the board members of our group to develop them further on an individual basis concerning their personal impact on the organization as well as on our desired leadership behavior.
- You strengthen RWE’s Top Leadership Development view on global trends and translate it into customized development measures
- In coordination and cooperation with different stakeholders, you identify development needs and ensure that our concepts and development portfolios create optimal benefits through a comprehensive understanding of the initial situation and objectives
- You think holistically and out of the box when you design development journeys and empowerment measures for board members that are effective catalysators in terms of content, mindset and impact
- You know how virtual and face-to-face as well as e-learning formats intertwine optimally and resonate highly with board members
- You are motivated by working in an international and diverse environment and you create relationships with different stakeholders
- You are facilitating workshops, and a systemic coaching attitude defines your general development approach
Your powerful skills
- Completed university degree in Psychology, Personnel Development, Business Administration (preferably with major in Human Resources) or similar including adequate work experience in a corporate organization or a human resources consultancy
- Expertise in aptitude diagnostics and ability to conceptualize the design of competence development based on clients’ needs and individual development issues
- Experience in selecting and managing external cooperation partners, consultancies and business schools
- Sound professional experience in designing and implementing customer-centric trainings and empowerment programs in innovative blended-learning formats (preferably for top executives)
- Fluency in German and English
- Open-minded personality keen to questions and continuously improving existing and newly established processes
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with an extraordinary commitment and always solution-oriented thinking
- Enthusiasm for digital change, global trends and agile methods
- Outstanding communication skills, organizational skills and highly service-oriented mindset
- International experience and intercultural skills
