Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for the design of digital experiences (e.g. website, online tools, seamless web/mobile design) and the implementation of UX/UI best practices and principles across all digital platforms
- Work closely with product teams and stakeholders to advocate user needs and wants
- Translate product visions into cohesive user experiences by reconciling user needs with business goals, technical capabilities and best practices in interaction design and usability
- Define information and UI architectures to develop conceptual diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes and visual designs
Your Profile
You are a self-motivated individual who is personally committed to the concerns of our internal and external customers. Other than that, you have a good sense for current trends and see potential obstacles as an incentive and opportunity for constant improvements
Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in communication studies, cognitive science, media design, (business) informatics or similar
- 3-5 years of work experience in UX / UI Design or a similar role, ideally in B2B business and different industries
- Strong knowledge of UX design methodologies, understanding of best practices and contemporary design patterns
- Good expertise with your tools of trade (such as Figma, Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch or similar)
- Good working knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Good understanding of user research methods
- A portfolio that demonstrates your process for solving design problems
- Fluent in English, German as a plus
