You will interact with automotive key customers for e-mobility and external partners to capture quality requirements for SiC products. Furthermore, you will define product qualification strategies and create qualification plans in accordance with internal guidelines, external standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
- Lead and harmonize qualification and quality assurance for multiple product-, technology- and package development projects
- Plan and execute product qualification and production monitoring
- Evaluate qualification results, including release, documentation and customer reporting
- Support the development process, contribute to risk management and create regular reports on qualification status and the product quality
- Drive effective problem-solving for quality issues leading or being part of task forces / focus teams
- Interact with our international and external customers regarding quality-related topics over product lifecycle

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Microelectronics and know-how in quality management systems, processes and methods
- At least 7 years of experience in Quality Management with focus on semiconductor wafer and packaging technologies, product reliability as well as customer handling
- Deep knowledge of automotive quality requirements and familiarity with automotive quality culture and zero defect approach
- Experience in taking risks consciously and manage them actively towards internal and external customers
- Strong customer interface with good abilities in structured problem solving and communication
- Experience in semiconductor production processes
- Quality Management experience in product qualification, ideally also for discrete products
- Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
