Requirements:

Experience implementing REST API based backends
Experience with Java (Kotlin is a plus) and Spring Boot based backends
Familiar with common SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiar with deploying and managing a cloud-based backend (it's a bonus if you've already worked with AWS)
Familiarity with the common tool ecosystem for development, testing, debugging, and performance benchmarking (IntelliJ, Git, Jenkins, JMeter)
You are experienced in client-server architectures and you are able to take a generalist view of the whole platform
You live in Switzerland or Germany
You are fluent in both written and spoken English it's a bonus if you speak German
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to support our team. You will have the unique opportunity to join us in a strong growth phase and be responsible for all backend-related topics. The role includes the following:
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the Bring! backend infrastructure on AWS
You implement new features, do code reviews, help to improve the overall architecture and work closely with the client application team
You are working on a top-notch backend architecture and are on top of new technologies
You support the team on requirement engineering and testing
You are an active part of the engineering team and as such help improving our engineering process
