Responsibilities:
- - collaborate with teams across the whole business to identify requirements
- design new software components
- be open to criticism and use it to improve your solutions or suggest change at a higher level
- improve and maintain existing software ecosystem
- assist in troubleshooting, especially if it's related to a piece of software you created
- brainstorm with the team on common solutions
- help your colleagues when they struggle
- onboard new employees
- (bonus) make espresso for your colleagues
