For one of our customer teams dedicated to a key customer, we are looking for a Solution Architect E-Commerce (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks as a Solution Architect E-Commerce (m/f/d)
- Consulting one of our key customers on how to best solve their problems using the technology our product suite provides out of the box.
- … and where this is not possible, what the most reasonable custom development would be.
- Writing (technical) user stories and acceptance criteria for the designed solution.
- Further developing our integration strategy and architecture.
- Acting as the main contact for external parties integrating our solution's APIs.
- Supporting the operations and release management of our solution for one of our key customers.
- Working with the Product Owner of one of our development teams to provide customers with cost estimates and timelines.
- Continuously enhancing our integration documentation and user guides for one of our customer implementations.
What you bring along
- Technical background, either as a technical consultant, architect or developer
- Experience with e-commerce products and tech
- Practical knowledge of agile methodologies
- Good presentation skills
- Experience with REST APIs (e.g. via Postman)
- Professional or native English proficiency
- Willingness to travel (once Covid allows …)
Nice-to-have
- Formal technical degree
- Experience with mobile app development, ERPs and/or logistics systems
- Knowledge around PCI compliance requirements
- Industry knowledge in our sales areas Travel/Tourism
- Experience in the tech startup/e-commerce sector
- Fluent in German and/or French
