Being part of our newly build-up Corporate Development team you will drive the anchoring and design of a harmonized approach for strategy development and execution in a cross-divisional collaborative process across the organization.
Your tasks at RENOLIT
- Be a methodology expert for strategic tools within the organizations and mentor various units in utiliz-ing them
- Monitor strategy execution progress across the organization
- Own the corporate strategy execution tool, further develop its functionalities, usability and being re-sponsible for its administration
- Conduct workshops and trainings to ensure a common understanding of our strategy work and pro-fessionalize our strategic capabilities
- Lead our network of strategy mentors
- Guide & support the (Strategic) Market Units, Central Units & Locations in their strategy development & implementation process
- Work collaboratively with our market unit management teams in order to assess our markets and strategic positioning - design ongoing methods for monitoring the health of our business
- Develop and implement robust communication and change strategies that convey strategic objectives to various audiences (ranging from Executive Board to employees)
- Prepare the Quarterly Strategy Sprint Meetings & biannual Strategic Review Meetings
- Connect strategic topics across units and foster synergies
What we expect
- Strategic thinker with good analytical skills and a business mindset
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a strategic environment – experience with market assessment and portfolio analysis is an advantage
- Results oriented character with a passion for achieving goals
- Experience with change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, minimum intermediate in German
- Experience in preparing executive level presentations
