SQM Project Manager ADAS (m/f/diverse)

More safety on our roads, more freedom and comfort in the car, more time for social interaction – we make it possible! We are currently looking for a SQM Project Manager (m/f/diverse) for one of our locations either in Lindau or in Ulm with the following main tasks:

• Drive component introduction within the customer and development projects
  
• Perform risk analysis and create risk mitigation plan along with supplier, SQM central and project team
  
• Drive the risk mitigation plan over the PLC and initiate corrective actions (e. g. escalation) if the risk mitigation plan is not on track
  
• Align planning with AP with regards to supplier release, supplier component review (SCR), nomination etc.
  
• Ensure and drive early involvement of suppliers along with project team for critical components
  
• Initiate and ensure availability of maturity evaluation and updates from project team
  
• Support feasibility commitment
  
• Ensure in-time releases of new components
  
• Manage component maturity over the PLC
  
• Provide regular report to BU SQM Manager
  
• Implementation of lessons learned within the project (where applicable) and document the solution for future products or implementation of the solution on technology level
  
• Support escalation management regarding SQM topics for cross-product family/customer cases
  

• Technical education (University or comparable)
  
• First experience in quality development, project management, supplier management and processes and auditing in accordance with VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949
  
• First experience in Supplier Management Processes
  
• Experience of quality tools (e. g. 8D, Ishikawa, SPC) and knowledge of SAP and statistical tools
  
• Experience in working in & coordination of international teams
  
• Knowledge of SQM and Quality Processes & Tool
  
• Confident handling of the MS office programs
  
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills desirable
  
• Working in and coordination of international teams (team skills, conflict management, open mindedness)
  
• Negotiation’s skills, confident, convincing and team oriented
  
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
