Are you an expert in stakeholder management, driving things forward and „walking the talk“? As Staff Specialist Sifo Volume Planning, you consider the bigger picture and coordinate with various stakeholders (Business Divisions, FE OPC, FE SiFo) driving Infineon’s demand planning for external manufacturing partners (silicon foundries). Beyond, this role will give you the freedom to leave your mark and to shape our planning processes, making them more convenient, transparent and efficient.
Responsibilities
In your new role, you will:
- Be responsible for the global Frontend Infineon allocation process for wafer manufacturing with external partners (Silicon Foundries)
- Ensure volume allocation and align with the business divisions, the Front-End planning department, the internal Silicon Foundry account managers and the Procurement department
- Manage capacity corridor constraints and potential escalations between the relevant stakeholders
- Integrate raw material availability in the volume planning
- Review of product flexibilities between our external partners and internal production sites
Your Profile
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of supply chain management or semiconductor manufacturing
- Good know-how of supply chain flows and demand/capacity planning
- Good communication, interpersonal as well as intercultural skills to manage target conflicts and mediate between stakeholders
- A data-driven mindset that enables well-founded proposals for solutions and sustainable improvements
- Fluent English skills, German as a plus
