Job-Beschreibung und Hinweise für Staffing Expertise Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Staffing Expertise Coordinator, you'll be a member of our Staffing Expertise team, which is responsible for the optimal composition of our project teams together with our Talent Management Unit. Your tasks will include the coordinated capture of project requests, advisory of project leaders regarding suitable consultant profiles, and team-based staffing decisions, all of which you will perform in conjunction with one of the team's Senior Coordinators. You'll also be in charge of a separate staffing process for our new consultants' first project assignments.

Additionally, you'll support our consultants in joining and leaving our practice areas. In this context, you'll review and coordinate the requests of Associates and Consultants (A/C) to join or leave our practice areas, working together closely with the members of the A/C Talent Management Unit and being responsible for monthly and annual planning.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • You have a degree from a (technical) college or university, ideally with a specialization in HR or communication, or have completed relevant (commercial) training.
  • You have acquired some initial professional experience, ideally in the HR department of a service-oriented company.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll be part of a five-member team at our Munich office, whose collaboration is characterized by mutual support, regular sharing of experience, and strong trust. Your team members and line manager will be there for you to help you learn the ropes.
