What you’ll do?
- Preparing customers’ custom-ordered shopping baskets.
- Delivering department routines.
- Closing / Opening store.
- Manually condensing stock and handling products with care to maintain product quality.
- Championing the reduction of food waste.
- Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Replenishing products within the store.
- Receive and handle deliveries into the store from suppliers.
What Getir expects:
- A keen eye for detail as you will be required to merchandise displays and prepare orders.
- Flexible approach and a team player with a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach.
- Prepared to work hard and make the most of our training.
- Willing to learn, you don’t need retail experience to succeed.
- Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and enthusiastic
- Previous retail experience working with grocery merchants is desirable but not essential.
- Please bear in mind that you will need a valid working permit for Germany. We cannot sponsor work permits or visas.

These offers are applicable only in Germany for new full-time warehouse operations staff who have started their contract on or before 31 December 2021. The value of the bonus is determined as follows: New full-time employees: 200€; new part-time employees: 100€. These offers are only applicable to Delivery Staff (E-moped or E-Bike) in Hamburg and Berlin, and to Delivery Staff and Store Assistants in Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Dortmund, and Nuremberg.
Getir reserves the right to change or nullify the bonus arrangements at any time. The provision of these bonuses is in no way representative of a future commitment to other bonus payments and does not constitute in any form regular pay as laid out in the employment contract. These offers do not apply to new mini-job hires.
Conditions of Signing-Bonus*
This Signing-Bonus is payable only after three months of continuous employment and upon the three-month anniversary of the new employee’s start date.
Conditions of Referral-Bonus*
The Referral Bonus is payable only after three months of continuous employment and upon the three-month anniversary of the Referree’s start date. This bonus is only payable if the Referring employee is still actively employed by Getir as the aforementioned date.
