Your Contribution Design and implement winning strategies and innovative business models for our Strategic Business fields and new ventures in cooperation with the BU Management Coach the international organization in strategic questions Project work in the areas of Business Development, Innovation and M&A Planning, coordination and review of the BU strategy process and Portfolio Management Driving cross-functional project teams to success Your Profile University degree (Master or MBA/Phd) with excellent academic results At least 3 years professional experience in a renowned consulting company with project focus on industrial goods or in a comparable position in an international industrial group Experience of managing (sub-) projects, excellent knowledge in the fields of strategy development and implementation, business development and organizational development Solid technical background to understand our customer’s applications and how our SCHOTT products are supporting/enabling those Very good analytical and conceptual skills An entrepreneurial and pragmatic personality Excellent communication ability and intercultural sensibility Fluent in English (German and/or other language skills are a plus) Your BenefitsAt SCHOTT, you can expect a unique corporate culture where we emphasize equity, diversity and inclusion.
