Responsibilities
In your new role, you will:
- Develop ramp-up scenarios, consider them carefully in the planning process and monitor their execution.
- Managing and moderating multidisciplinary product ramp-up teams between M8 and M10 (end of the ramp-up) with the objective of achieving the required milestones on time, and ensuring the ability to deliver to the customer.
- Act on behalf of Supply Chain Management in product change projects. Define Supply Chain related activities as part of the project requirements. And, align the implementation of product changes with various stakeholders.
- Work out solutions with interdisciplinary teams, e.g. Development, Product Marketing, Product Management, Quality Management, and Frontend/Backend manufacturing departments.
- Optimize production demand and supply plan and delivery capability of a specific product portfolio.
- Plan and maintain inventory targets
on the basis of stock range objectives agreed within the organization. - Implementation of allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines. This includes coordinating with Customer Logistics (CLM), the Capacity Alignment Planner and Product Marketing.

You strive for high quality results. You take matters into your own hands and are able to unite all parties involved. Thanks to your strong analytical and communication skills, you successfully handle complex topics and communicate them clearly to the different stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Have a degree in engineering, business administration, or comparable field of study.
- Are able to work independently and coordinate multiple parties. Basic experience in project management is an advantage.
- Are interested in technical product features.
- Can adapt to new situations and are motivated to go the extra mile.
- Have team spirit, and are creative and respectful when working with others.
- Have an affinity for IT systems and the willingness to become acquainted with different IT tools. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Possess excellent communication skills. English is a must, German is an advantage.
