Supply Planning Manager (m/f/d) – Catalysts

For our Business Unit Catalysts in Munich

As Supply Chain planning team we are responsible for balancing supply and demand in the most efficient manner. We aim to optimize the financial performance of the business by integrating all aspects of the business in our plans.

As Supply Planning Manager (m/f/d) you will be essential in managing this goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor global supply plans with the objective to optimize financial performances.
  • Responsible for leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in the operational horizon for designated supply chains.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Production Scheduling, Order Management and Sales in order to orchestrate the product and information flows.
  • Help development of road map for our new planning tool RapidResponse (KINAXIS) to improve processes and capabilities.
  • Leading smaller projects in the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • University degree in supply chain management, engineering or business management.
  • 2+ years of planning experience in supply chain or financial planning.
  • Profound knowledge in KINAXIS RR (Author level 2 required).
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Excellent MS-Office-skills and experience in business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a team mindset.
