The Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept from the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was launched in 2006 and has since won a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. The restaurant delights a wide range of guests with various creative sushi creations - from classic to vegetarian variations. The restaurant is located in the modern trendy district “The Circle” directly at Zurich Airport and has 100 seats inside and an additional 50 seats outside.



**To strengthen our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated**

**Sushi maker (a) 100% in Zurich**, starting from now or by arrangement.

**Your diverse responsibilities:**

- Mise en Place for lunch and dinner service – ensuring everything runs smoothly ️✨

- Cooking wok dishes? That’s your specialty – you independently prepare the dishes on our menu

- You’re a quality expert and maintain the freshness standards of our food offerings ✅

- General cleaning tasks? No problem – you keep the kitchen clean and tidy

- Hygiene is second nature to you – you follow the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is in top shape ✨

**Your skills & experience:**

- At least 2 years of experience with a gas wok – you master the art of wok cooking

- You speak good German or English and can easily communicate with the team and guests ️

- Your work is clean, efficient, and precise – you pay great attention to detail ✅

- You’re motivated to grow and develop

- Your keen sense of ingredient quality ensures everything stays fresh and delicious
