This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global team in the delivery of an MSP and SOW program for a new financial services client. You will partner with our global SOW practice gaining insight into SOW strategy and best practices in order to lead all SOW activities in Germany. You will be the sole point of contact in Germany leading all contingent recruitment requirements and SOW activities. You will partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both the candidate and hiring manager.
What you get to do;
- Be the go-to expert for all contingent and SOW requirements in Germany
- Account/stakeholder management, requisition, and SOW management
- Consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary hiring manager and local stakeholder point of contact
- Own and deliver the end to end recruitment process from the creation of the requisition, candidate generation through to offer and onboarding
- Engage proactively with the client to understand the needs and drivers of SOW
- Consult and educate stakeholders on the SOW buying decision and drafting of SOW requirements and milestones.
- Guiding the stakeholder through the SOW request lifecycle outlining expectations
- Create and implement strategies that support great business partnerships
- Supplier management and engagement throughout the SOW lifecycle
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and suppliers to facilitate intended outcomes
- You will be provided the tools and empowerment to meet goals through your day to day support
- Have a lot of fun while directly contributing to the success of Randstad Sourceright, our customers, and suppliers
What you need to bring:
- Extensive recruitment background working within an MSP, RPO, and/or inhouse environment
- Good knowledge of the contingent market in Germany within the financial services
- Understanding of SOW
- Ability to be consultative and advisory ensuring a best in class candidate and customer experience
- Experience in delivering or working within a total talent solution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Process-oriented with the ability to recommend and/or drive process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence key decision makers
- A tough negotiator with the ability to drive supplier performance
- Attention to detail with a concern for quality
- Proficient use of recruitment platforms and tools (Beeline, Workday, LinkedIn, Xing, Google, MS Office, etc.)
