Your Responsibilities
- You will spearhead our DACH Business Development team and promote the further development of BDRs and the continuous achievement of sales targets with expertise, motivation, and, above all, fun
- You start building and executing a plan of how to overachieve the target with your team, and you start hiring BDRs to your team
- You contribute to the company objectives and key results achievement
- You report on sales activity, call metrics, and forecast to leadership
- You identify and make recommendations for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity
- You motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
- You develop representatives into sales-ready candidates to ensure professional development and growth
Your Profile
- You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced and a competitive SaaS business with a focus in new B2B customer acquisition
- You ideally have 1+ years management experience in a B2B sales team
- You have experience in selling to L&D Departments, HR, Learning, or similar industries is a plus
- You have A track record of hitting and outperforming sales targets
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship management skills
- You are based near one of our “planets” in Berlin or Munich
