With over 70.000 employees working for the company all over the world, it strives on providing high quality building solutions. For its newly created digitalization and innovation business unit we are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) Innovation and Foresight in Vienna or Stuttgart.
- Responsible for leading, coaching and guiding a team of 6 qualified innovation and foresight experts
- Accountable for taking the lead communication with internal and external stakeholders in regards to changes within the business related to Innovation and Foresight
- Conceptualizing ideas and trends to push for innovation and change within the construction entity
- Scouting trends and start-up opportunities to establish a competitive advantage on the market
- Implementation and roll-out of idea-management system
- Establish an active cooperation with Universities, research entities and other partner networks
- Actively support the development of incubators, design thinking, challenges and workshops
- Completed Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Innovation and Technology management
- In-depth experience within the field of Innovation, Digitalization and Foresight, preferably within an international company
- Relevant experience in leading and coaching a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to win over various stakeholders, internal and external
- Strong analytical skills as well as able to see the big picture and foresee attractive market trends
- Fluent in English and German is a must
- Willingness to travel
Attractive salary package of min. of 70.000 EUR per annum with the chance of overpayment according to qualification.
