Are you an experienced recruiter who wants to take the next step within Talent Acquisition? In this position you would take over leadership responsibility for the Talent Attraction team in Dresden and become part of the European leadership team.
Your main tasks will include:
- Disciplinary leadership of the Talent Attraction Team in Dresden incl. target setting, personnel development with focus on future skill sets of TAMs (consultancy role, active sourcing, talent relationship management, interviewing & negotiation skills)
- Responsibility to fill all open positions via End2End Recruiting, incl. Active Sourcing, TRM, interviewing & negotiating, according to set KPIs (time to hire & quality) plus identification and tracking of additional KPI to reach the overall goal
- Further implementation and development of the Talent Acquisition Strategy, upskilling & coaching with the goal of standardization across sites
- Responsibility to improve & wherever possible standardize the End2End Recruiting processes across all sites in alignment with other TA Leads in order to create synergies & save costs while considering & wherever possible satisfying the individual needs of each division
- Responsibility to drive transformation in order to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
- Responsibility to develop the team in close collaboration with the other TA Leads towards innovative & high-touch recruiting to ensure the talent attraction skill set to compete in the market, including knowledge sharing and upskilling in close alignment with Munich and Europe

- A degree in business administration, psychology or related fields
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in Recruiting and/or Headhunting and Talent Relationship Management in an international working environment, preferable in the field of technical job roles
- Ideally made first leadership experiences including team development and global, strategic projects
- The ability to easily develop trustful professional relationships and communicate with senior leaders at eye level
- A strong intercultural mindset, ideally with international experience or background
- Excellent German and English communication skills
